Privacy Policy for beeyond.pro Client
This Privacy Policy explains how the Android app beeyond.pro Client handles user and device data. The app is a business app for customers and authorized users of beeyond.pro and provides mobile access to the beeyond.pro environment made available by the user's organization.

Data processed by the app
The app does not operate its own tracking, advertising, or user behavior analytics. It stores and processes only the data required to provide the app functionality:
- the server or tenant address entered by the user or scanned from a QR code,
- technical configuration data loaded from the selected beeyond.pro environment,
- authentication information and access tokens required for authenticated use,
- technical connection data generated when accessing the selected beeyond.pro environment.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to authenticate the user, load the appropriate beeyond.pro environment, retrieve app configuration, and display content from the user's business environment in the app.
No advertising, tracking, or profiling
The app does not include advertising SDKs, does not create user profiles, and does not use tracking or analytics services. The app does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for advertising purposes.
Authentication and third-party services
Sign-in is performed using Microsoft services, in particular Microsoft Entra ID. The data required for authentication is processed by Microsoft and by the user's organization. The privacy and security policies of the organization authorizing the user to use the app may also apply.
The app uses Google Play services or Google ML Kit Code Scanner to scan QR codes. QR code scanning is used only to transfer a server or tenant address into the app.
Data sharing
The app transmits data only to the beeyond.pro environment configured by the user or the user's organization and to the Microsoft services required for authentication. No data is shared with third parties for advertising, tracking, or marketing purposes.
Storage on the device
The app may store the selected server address, local settings, and authentication information required for the session on the device. This allows the app to be reopened without requiring the setup process to be repeated every time.
Children and private use
The app is not directed to children and is not intended for users under the age of 13. It is intended for business or organizational use by authorized users.
User rights
Users may contact their organization or beeyond.pro with questions about the processing of their data. Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, or objection.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app, the services used, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be made available at the URL provided in the Google Play Store listing.
